Too often one reads such headlines. We would not want a major transit initiative to end this way. Participants in the initiative have voluntarily registered with multiple FBI offices, providing biographical information clarifying normal middle class life-style and personal details. None of us could flee with anything and not be found. We are visually unmistakable in ways no cosmetic surgery can fix, and could not go on the run.. So if you are in the drug business and someone is telling you to give to us for recycling purposes, one could almost say you are being set up. Gently show your boss this page. The same goes for someone trying to set up a gigantic, valuable tax loss. This one they won't allow. Similarly, if you are someone who specializes in robbing religious congregations by telling of investments you are not really making, pick another project...you don't want them to look here and find we are not accepting any of your money even though you are telling them we are. That would create a hot situation for you.
In financial terms, we are a glass house. At this stage, (mid June 2006) the only two local investors we have contacted have not even seen our presentations: Uke Underwater industries and Shapery, local proponent of Maglev and Emerald Plaza owner.
If someone has told you a story about your money being spent on America's newest transit system and you have seen this page - don't confront them: say "great", and quietly and persistently contact the FBI and contact us.
For you non Californians - do we seem paranoid ? Imaging how you would have dismissed us if we had said 1) "Orange County is being robbed" before it was, or 2) San Diego's pension fund is being pocketed to the tune of 1 billion, (before it was), or 3) El Toro Christian investors are being pinched to the tune of 200 million in a Ponzi scheme and don't know it.. (In short, caution is in order in these parts, we don't want to be doing this here when the line of cars at the Genesee/Torrey Pines I-5 entrance is 60 deep and you can't even join it without blocking another lane. We have a crisis. Even criminals hate traffic jams. )
